Position Summary

The tires, brakes, and suspension technician is responsible for keeping Daggett’s fleet of tractors and trailers road-worthy.  Duties include diagnosing and repairing tire issues, brake system failures, and suspension issues in a timely fashion.  Company-provided tools are available, and there is room for upward growth at Daggett’s!

Position Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• At least three years of previous heavy-duty technician work is preferred, or two years of school with one year of experience
• Certified to perform DOT inspections, or willing to obtain certification upon hire

Compensation / Benefits

Starting pay is $19.00-22.00/hour, depending on experience.  There is an addtional incentive of $0.50/hour for being DOT-certified, and we will offer another $0.50/hour for bringing your own tools.  An evaluation will take place 90 days after hire to determine if pay is commensurate with job performance and adjust accordingly.  Daggett Truck Line, Inc. offers a full suite of benefits, including Health Insurance, company contribution to HSA, 401(K) with a company match, company-paid life insurance, paid vacation, and six paid holidays/year.

Position Summary

Daggett Truck Line is looking for a full-time dependable, hard-working individual who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.  The truck washer / grounds maintenance team is responsible for keeping Daggett’s tractors, trailers, and 22 acre lot looking their best.  Duties include truck and trailer washes, trailer washouts, mowing, trimming, general grounds maintenance, and other duties as assigned.
